Privacy Notice

What this notice covers

This explains what happens to your personal data when you contact us through this website — the contact form, or a request for a research document.

It does not cover how the Be‑Healthy.AI injury-risk product processes data about football players. That is separate processing with its own lawful basis and its own documentation.

Who is responsible

Be‑Healthy.AI is a product of REJH Solutions Lda. (VAT PT518478262), which is the data controller for the personal data described here. Registered at Pavilhão Multiusos de Rio Maior, Av. Dr. Mário Soares, 2040-413 Rio Maior, Portugal. You can reach us at support@be-healthy.ai.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive:

• your first and last name
• your work email address
• your company and job title, if you provide them
• the organisation type and topic you select
• the message you write

We also record which page you submitted from, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed. That tells us which content led to the conversation. We do not build a profile of your browsing, and we do not track you across other websites.

This site currently sets no analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this notice will be updated before it does.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use it to read your enquiry, reply to it, and keep a record of the conversation. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests— specifically, responding to someone who has asked us to get in touch. Where your enquiry is about becoming a customer, we may also rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

We do not use your enquiry for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it or share it for marketing.

Where it is stored, and who sees it

Enquiries are stored in Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany, encrypted at rest. A notification email is sent to the Be‑Healthy.AI team so someone can reply.

AWS acts as our processor. Your data is held in the EU; where AWS may access it from outside the EU, that is governed by the safeguards in our agreement with them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 24 months from the date we receive them, after which they are deleted automatically.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner. See below.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• correct it if it is wrong
• delete it
• restrict how we use it, or object to us using it
• provide it in a portable format

Because we rely on legitimate interests, you have a particular right to object. If you do, we will stop unless we have compelling grounds not to. Email support@be-healthy.ai and we will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you think we have handled your data badly, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), Portugal's data protection authority, at cnpd.pt.

Changes

If we change how we handle enquiry data, we will update this notice and change the review date at the top.
